Billy DeCola: I was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida in the Tampa Bay Area.

I’m a tattoo artist and I apprentice under Ami James.

I’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity to appear on the TLC reality show, “NY Ink,” which is shot at Wooster Street Social Club in New York City.

Before tattooing I was living in Tokyo, Japan – I owned a company which imported / exported professional video equipment. I also studied Japanese at The Tokyo School of Japanese Language (Naganuma).
